Stage Fright

Having butterflies before a performance is normal for all performers, even professionals, but if you have done everything you can to prepare then stage fright is a serious problem.

Do you lose control over your body? Dry mouth? Quivering voice? Sweating? Increased heart rate? Do you worry about sounding foolish and having people laugh at you? Is the fear of playing in public is really painful?

I have been on the stage for over 30 years and learnt how to overcome all these problems. Taking a few lessons will certainly help you to get rid of that stage fright forever.
